Tesgee currently ships to U.S. addresses only from our China warehouse. Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days, and standard U.S. delivery usually takes 7-12 business days after dispatch. We use YunExpress.
Yes. After your order ships, tracking information is sent by email. You can also use the Track Order page with your order number and checkout email.
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, and the request date preserves your eligibility. For a preference or fitment return, the item must remain unused, uninstalled, undamaged, complete, and in its original packaging. Approved U.S. returns include a prepaid label and no restocking fee. Wait for the approval email before mailing anything.
No login is required. Start on the Return or Refund Request page within 30 days of delivery using your order number and checkout email. We review requests within one business day. If a return is required, use the prepaid label in the approval email and give the parcel to the carrier within 14 calendar days after approval.

Photos are required for damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect items, but not for a package that was not received. After confirmation, choose a replacement or a full refund to the original payment method. We provide a prepaid label only when a return is needed.
