30-Day Free Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Your request date preserves your eligibility; the parcel does not need to reach our warehouse within those 30 days. Requests submitted after the window may not be accepted unless required by applicable law.

You may open the package and perform a non-destructive test fit. To remain eligible, the item must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, complete, and returned with its original packaging, accessories, manuals, clips, fasteners, and other included parts. Adhesive liners, protective films, and other single-use installation materials must remain intact.

Note: Items that show signs of installation, wear, modification, misuse, customer-caused damage, or missing parts may not be eligible for a preference return. This does not limit support for products that arrived damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect.

Return Process

Start on the Return or Refund Request page using your order number and the email used at checkout. Our team reviews requests within one business day. Photos are required for damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete items; photos are optional for preference, fitment, and non-delivery requests.

If a return is required, the approval email will include a prepaid return label and the correct return address. Give the parcel to the carrier within 14 calendar days after approval. Do not mail an item to an address copied from this website; items sent without approval or without our label may be delayed or unable to be processed.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is free for approved U.S. returns, including preference and fitment returns as well as damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect items. We provide a prepaid return label, and we do not charge a restocking fee.

Use only the label supplied in your approval email. Shipping purchased independently or sent to an address not shown on the approval label is not reimbursable unless our support team agrees in writing first.

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Not Delivered Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, missing parts, different from what you ordered, or does not arrive, contact us within 30 days of delivery or the estimated delivery window. Please include your order number and clear photos showing the item and issue when those photos are available. Product photos are not required for a package that was not received.

After confirmation, you may choose a replacement or a full refund to the original payment method. We issue merchant-fault refunds within one business day after confirmation. When a physical return is necessary, we provide the prepaid label. For some low-value items, we may complete the refund or replacement without requiring the item back.

Refunds

For preference and fitment returns, we issue the approved refund to the original payment method within three business days after the item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit.

For confirmed damaged, incorrect, defective, incomplete, or not delivered orders where you do not want a replacement, we issue a full refund within one business day after confirmation. A full refund includes the item price and applicable tax. Paid expedited outbound shipping is also refunded when the problem was caused by us or the carrier.

Exchanges

We provide replacements for confirmed damaged, defective, incomplete, incorrect, or not delivered orders. For a different model or variant, the fastest option is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order; we do not reserve exchange inventory.

Refunds & Order Cancellation

You may request an order cancellation before the order ships. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be handled through the return process after delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Used, installed, modified, customer-damaged, or incomplete items may not be eligible for a preference return. Items that arrived damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect remain eligible for issue support.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout, return shipping costs or carrier fees may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.

If a package does not arrive because of a carrier issue and the issue is confirmed, we can send a replacement. If you no longer want the order because of the delivery issue, we can issue a full refund within one business day after confirmation.
