Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Exchanges
If you need a different model or variant, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund to ensure the fastest processing.
Non-Returnable Items
Items marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product. Please contact us before returning any item.
How to Start a Return
Email luxuryclubservice@gmail.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. We will provide the next steps and a return address.
