30-Day Return Policy
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Return requests submitted after 30 days may not be accepted unless required by applicable law.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same new condition that you received it: unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, clips, fasteners, and other included parts.
Note: Items that show signs of installation, wear, modification, misuse, or customer-caused damage may not be eligible for a refund.
Return Process
Before sending anything back, contact us at support@tesgee.com or +86 18661206061. Include your order number, the email used at checkout, the product name, the reason for your return, and photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If your return is accepted, we will provide the correct return address and instructions based on your order and warehouse location. Items sent back without first requesting a return may be delayed or unable to be processed.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective items, including returns due to ordering the wrong model, choosing the wrong variant, changing your mind, or no longer needing the item.
If the item is defective, damaged on arrival, or we shipped the wrong product, we will help resolve the issue and may provide a prepaid return label, replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, missing parts, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and the issue.
After review, we will work with you on a replacement, refund, return label, or other resolution.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after inspection. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong model or need a different variant, please contact us first. In many cases, the fastest option is to place a new order for the correct item and return the original item for a refund after it is approved and inspected.
Refunds & Order Cancellation
You may request an order cancellation before the order ships. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be handled through the return process after delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
Used, installed, modified, customer-damaged, incomplete, final-sale, clearance, or custom-order items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout, return shipping costs or carrier fees may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.
