This Payment Policy explains the payment methods accepted on tesgee.com, how payments are processed, and how billing issues are handled.

Accepted Payment Methods

Tesgee accepts Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards, PayPal, and Google Pay. Apple Pay is available only on eligible iPhone devices. Payment options are displayed only when supported by the customer's device, browser, region, and wallet setup.

A PayPal account is not required when paying directly with an accepted credit or debit card.

Currency and Pricing

Product prices and order totals are shown in USD unless another currency is displayed during checkout. Taxes, discounts, shipping costs, and final order totals are shown before payment is submitted.

Payment Security

All payments on Tesgee are processed through PayPal Advanced Checkout. The card number, expiration date, and security code fields are securely hosted and handled by PayPal in embedded payment frames. Tesgee does not receive or store your full card number or card security code.

PayPal may process payment and identifying information for payment authorization, fraud prevention, authentication, and other payment-related services. Tesgee receives only the transaction and order information needed to confirm, support, or refund your purchase, such as the payment status, transaction ID, and limited payment-method details. PayPal processes this information according to the PayPal Privacy Statement.

Authorization and Order Review

Your order is not complete until payment is authorized and accepted. We may cancel or refuse an order if payment cannot be verified, billing information appears incomplete or inaccurate, fraud checks fail, or the order cannot be fulfilled.

Refunds

Approved full or partial refunds are submitted through PayPal and returned to the original payment method used for the purchase. Tesgee will send you confirmation after the refund has been issued.

Refunds to a PayPal Balance generally appear on the same day. Debit card refunds generally take up to five business days, although some card issuers may take up to 30 days. Credit card refunds may take up to one or two billing cycles. Apple Pay and Google Pay refunds are returned to the card used through the applicable wallet, and posting times depend on the card issuer.

These estimated timeframes begin after Tesgee submits the approved refund. PayPal, your bank, or your card issuer may require additional processing time before the credit appears on your account or statement.
