It is a company based in China. In these Terms, "Tesgee," "we," "us," and "our" refer to that company. "You" and "customer" refer to visitors, account holders, people who submit content or requests, and customers who place orders through tesgee.com.

Tesgee is an independent aftermarket accessories retailer. We are not Tesla, Inc. and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Tesla, Inc.

When These Terms Apply

The website-use sections of these Terms apply when you access or use tesgee.com. The purchase-related sections apply when you submit an order. If you do not agree with the applicable Terms, please do not use the affected website feature or place an order.

Your purchase is also subject to the Payment Policy, Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, and Privacy Policy. Product-specific information shown on the product page or in your order confirmation also forms part of your purchase terms. If these Terms conflict with a more specific policy about payment, shipping, returns, refunds, or privacy, the more specific policy controls that subject.

Eligibility, Accounts, and Customer Information

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement in your place of residence. If you are under the age of majority, you may use the website only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete account, contact, billing, and shipping information and for keeping your account credentials secure. Please notify us promptly if you believe your account or order information has been used without authorization.

Product Information and Vehicle Fitment

We work to present product names, descriptions, measurements, materials, colors, images, availability, and compatibility information accurately. Minor differences may result from screen settings, lighting, manufacturing updates, packaging changes, or reasonable production tolerances. These minor differences do not allow a product to be materially different from what we described.

Please review the vehicle model, model year, trim, seating configuration, and other fitment details shown on the product page before ordering. If you are uncertain, contact us before purchase and provide the relevant vehicle details. If our listing or written fitment guidance was incorrect, your right to support, return, replacement, or refund is not limited by your reliance on that information.

Product availability may change before an order is accepted. We may update a product's design, packaging, or specifications, but any item shipped must remain materially consistent with the description that applied when you ordered.

Prices, Promotions, and Order Totals

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless checkout clearly shows another currency. The product subtotal, discounts, shipping cost, applicable tax, and final total are shown before you submit payment. We will not add a Tesgee shipping charge or increase the price of a confirmed order after checkout without your agreement.

Promotions and coupon codes are subject to any conditions displayed with the offer. Unless we state otherwise, promotions cannot be combined, applied to a completed order, exchanged for cash, or used after their expiration date.

If a product has an obvious pricing, description, or availability error, we may correct the information before accepting a new order. If an affected order has already been submitted, we will contact you before shipment. We may cancel the affected item and issue a full refund rather than charge a corrected price without your permission.

Placing and Accepting Orders

By submitting an order, you are asking to purchase the products in your cart using the information and total shown at checkout. An automated email acknowledging receipt of an order does not by itself mean that the order has shipped. We accept the order after payment is authorized and the order is confirmed for fulfillment. A shipping confirmation means the order has been dispatched.

We may refuse or cancel an order before shipment if payment cannot be authorized or verified, the item is unavailable, the address cannot be served, the order contains a clear pricing or system error, the information provided is materially incomplete or inaccurate, or we have a reasonable basis to suspect fraud, unauthorized payment, resale abuse, or unlawful activity.

If we cancel an order after receiving payment, we will notify you and issue a full refund for the canceled items to the original payment method. We will not substitute a materially different product or charge a higher amount without your approval.

Payments and Payment Security

All payments are processed through PayPal Advanced Checkout. Depending on your device, browser, region, wallet setup, and PayPal eligibility, checkout may offer Visa or Mastercard credit and debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. Apple Pay is available on eligible devices and supported browsers.

Card number, expiration date, and security code fields are hosted and handled by PayPal in embedded payment frames. Tesgee does not receive or store your full card number or card security code. PayPal, your bank, or your wallet provider may perform authentication, authorization, and fraud-prevention checks under its own terms.

For accepted methods, payment security, authorization, billing issues, and refund posting estimates, review our Payment Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits any separate dispute or buyer-protection right you may have under applicable law or the rules of PayPal, your card issuer, or your wallet provider.

Shipping and Delivery

Tesgee currently ships online orders to United States shipping addresses only. Standard shipping is free for every online order shipped to a United States address, with no minimum order value. Orders ship from our fulfillment warehouse in Guangzhou, China, which is separate from our business address in Nanchong Sichuan 637320. We usually use YunExpress and a local U.S. final-mile carrier. Tesgee pays the customs duties, import taxes, and customs-clearance fees associated with customer orders.

Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Standard delivery usually takes another 7-12 business days after dispatch. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, because customs, severe weather, holidays, transportation disruptions, and local carrier conditions can affect transit.

If we learn that we cannot dispatch your order within the stated processing period, we will notify you and provide a revised estimate when one is available. You may accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund to the original payment method. Address Changes and Order Cancellations

Review the recipient name, street address, apartment or unit number, city, state, ZIP code, phone number, and email before placing your order. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct an address or cancel an order. We will try to make the change before dispatch, but cannot guarantee a change once processing has begun.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be handled through the return process after delivery. Fees caused by a refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable package resulting from an incorrect or incomplete customer-provided address may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law. This does not apply when the problem was caused by Tesgee or the carrier.

Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Approved U.S. returns include a prepaid return label, and we do not charge a restocking fee. Preference and fitment returns generally require the product to be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, complete, and returned with its original packaging and included parts.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, incorrect, or is confirmed not delivered, you may choose a replacement or a full refund after the issue is confirmed. We do not make you responsible for return shipping when the problem was caused by us or the carrier.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. The time Tesgee needs to approve and submit a refund is separate from the additional time PayPal, a bank, or a card issuer may need to post it. Installation, Use, and Product Care

Follow the product instructions and use reasonable care during test fitting, installation, removal, cleaning, and use. Do not install or use a product in a way that interferes with visibility, driving controls, seat belts, airbags, sensors, or other vehicle safety functions. Stop using the product and contact us if it appears damaged, unstable, incompatible, or unsafe.

Professional installation may be appropriate when stated on the product page or when you are not comfortable performing the work. Damage caused by forced installation, modification, misuse, an accident, failure to follow instructions, or customer-caused wear may not qualify for a preference return. This does not limit support for an item that was defective, incorrectly described, or incompatible because of incorrect information provided by us.

Product Support and Consumer Rights

We will honor the product promises expressly stated on tesgee.com and the remedies described in our Returns & Refunds Policy. We do not promise a particular product life, result, or performance beyond the written information provided for that product.

These Terms do not exclude, restrict, or replace any warranty, remedy, or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or waived. Rights may vary by state, and the protections required by the law that applies to you remain available in addition to our stated policies.

Reviews, Photos, and Other Content You Submit

You retain ownership of reviews, photos, messages, and other original content you submit. When you submit content for public display, you give Tesgee a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, display, and share that content as reasonably needed to operate and promote Tesgee, tesgee.com, and the reviewed product. This license does not transfer ownership of your content to us.

You may share an honest review of our products, customer service, or conduct, whether the review is positive or negative. We do not prohibit, penalize, or remove a review merely because it is critical. We may reject or remove content that contains private or confidential information, infringes another person's rights, is unlawful, threatening, harassing, obscene, unrelated, spam, or clearly false or misleading.

Only submit content you created or have permission to use, and do not include faces, license plates, addresses, account information, or other details you do not want displayed publicly. You may contact us to request removal of a review or review photo. Photos submitted privately for support or a return request are not published as reviews without separate permission.

Acceptable Website Use

You may use the website only for lawful personal or shopping purposes. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with website security or operation, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, submit fraudulent orders or reviews, harvest personal information, evade purchase limits, or use the website in a way that violates applicable law or another person's rights.

We may restrict access to protect customers, the website, and our services when we reasonably believe misuse, fraud, a security threat, or unlawful conduct has occurred. A restriction does not remove our obligation to fulfill or properly refund a valid existing order.

Intellectual Property and Tesla Disclaimer

Unless otherwise stated, the website's text, design, graphics, logos, product photography, and other content are owned by or licensed to Tesgee and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and use the website for personal shopping purposes, but may not reproduce, sell, publish, or commercially exploit our content without permission. This does not apply to content you own or to uses allowed by law.

Tesla, Model 3, Model Y, Model S, Model X, Cybertruck, and related names and marks belong to Tesla, Inc. We use them only to identify vehicle compatibility. Tesgee is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Tesla, Inc.

Third-Party Services and Links

We use third parties for payment processing, hosting, analytics, advertising measurement, email, shipping, tracking, fulfillment, fraud prevention, and other store operations. These services may have their own terms and privacy policies. We remain responsible for our own commitments to you, including properly handling your order, support request, return, or refund.

Links to independent websites are provided for convenience or information. We do not control their content, security, availability, or practices, and visiting them is subject to their own terms.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we use it, when we disclose it, how long we keep it, and the choices available to you. Payment providers, wallet providers, carriers, and other independent services may process information under their own privacy policies.

Website Availability and Limitation of Liability

We work to keep tesgee.com accurate, secure, and available, but the website may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, updates, network failures, security events, or issues outside our reasonable control. We do not guarantee that every website feature will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tesgee is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss caused solely by website unavailability, an independent third-party service, or use of a product contrary to its instructions or intended purpose.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. These Terms, the policies incorporated above, the applicable product page, and your order confirmation form the agreement relating to your website use and purchase.
