This Shipping Policy explains where Tesgee ships, shipping costs, processing and delivery estimates, tracking, and how we help when a shipment is delayed, damaged, or not delivered.

Shipping Destinations

Tesgee currently ships online orders to United States shipping addresses only. We do not offer international delivery at this time. The availability of service to a particular address is confirmed during checkout and order review.

If the carrier cannot serve the shipping address provided, we will contact you to request a deliverable address. If no deliverable address is available, we will cancel the unshipped order and issue a full refund to the original payment method.

Shipping Costs and Options

Standard shipping is free for eligible U.S. orders. The final shipping method, cost, and delivery estimate are shown during checkout before payment is submitted. Expedited shipping is not available unless it is specifically offered during checkout.

Orders ship from China and may be reviewed by customs. Customs inspections can add time to the delivery estimate. Tesgee will not add a Tesgee shipping charge after checkout. If you receive an unexpected request for an import or delivery payment, contact us before paying so we can help verify the request.

Processing and Delivery Estimates

Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. After dispatch, standard delivery usually takes 7-12 business days. The total estimated time from payment confirmation to delivery is therefore approximately 8-15 business days.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday begin processing on the next business day. Transit estimates begin after the order is handed to the carrier and do not include the processing period.

Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Customs inspections, severe weather, public holidays, high-volume periods, transportation disruptions, and local carrier delays may affect the actual delivery date.

Shipping Origin and Carriers

Orders ship from our China warehouse and usually use YunExpress. After the shipment reaches the United States, a local final-mile delivery partner may complete delivery. The carrier name shown in tracking may change after this handoff.

Tracking Your Order

We send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information after your order dispatches. You can also use our Track Order page with your order number and the email address used at checkout.

Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving the shipping confirmation for the first tracking update to appear. Tracking may update less frequently while the package is in international transit or being transferred to the local delivery carrier.

Shipping Address Changes and Cancellations

Review your name, street address, apartment or unit number, city, state, ZIP code, phone number, and email address before submitting the order. The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Contact Tesgee as soon as possible if you need to correct an address or cancel an order. We will try to accommodate the request before dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed after processing has begun. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be handled through the return process after delivery.

Shipping Delays and Backorders

If we learn that we cannot dispatch your order within the stated processing period, we will notify you and provide a revised shipping estimate when one is available. You may accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund to the original payment method.

If a shipment is already in transit and appears delayed, contact us with your order number. We will review the tracking history and contact the carrier when further investigation is needed.

Missing or Undelivered Packages

If your package has not arrived by the end of the estimated delivery window, or tracking has stopped updating for an extended period, contact Tesgee as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery window. Include your order number and checkout email. We will help investigate the shipment with the carrier.

If tracking shows "Delivered" but you cannot locate the package, check the delivery area, mailbox, building reception, household members, and nearby neighbors, then contact us promptly. If the shipment is confirmed lost or not delivered, you may choose a replacement or a full refund under our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Damaged Packages or Items

If the package or product arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, submit a Return or Refund Request within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the packaging, product, and issue when those photos are available. Keep the product and packaging until our team finishes reviewing the request.

Refused, Unclaimed, or Undeliverable Packages

A package may be returned to the sender if it is refused, left unclaimed, or cannot be delivered because the address supplied at checkout is incorrect or incomplete. If this happens, contact us so we can review the carrier status and available resolution.

Return shipping costs or carrier fees caused by refusal, failure to collect, or an incorrect or incomplete customer-provided address may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law. This does not apply when the delivery problem was caused by Tesgee or the carrier.
