What currency are prices shown in? +

Prices on tesgee.com are shown in USD unless another currency is displayed during checkout.

Is Tesgee an official Tesla store? +

No. Tesgee is an independent aftermarket accessories retailer. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Tesla, Inc. Tesla model names are used only to identify vehicle compatibility.

How do I know if a product fits my vehicle? +

Each product page lists compatible Tesla models, years, and variants where applicable. Please review the fitment information before ordering. If you are unsure, contact us before purchase and we will help check compatibility.

Orders & Payment

What payment methods do you accept? +

Available payment options are shown at checkout and may include major credit or debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay where available.

Can I change or cancel my order? +

You may request a change or cancellation before the order ships. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be handled through the return process after delivery.

Will I receive an order confirmation? +

Yes. After checkout, we send an order confirmation to the email address used for your purchase. Please keep that email and order number for support or tracking requests.

Shipping & Tracking

How long does shipping take? +

Tesgee currently ships to U.S. shipping addresses only from our Guangzhou, China warehouse. Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days, and standard U.S. delivery usually takes 7-12 business days after processing.

Which carriers do you use? +

Orders ship from our China warehouse and usually use YunExpress. The carrier shown in tracking may change after handoff to a local final-mile delivery partner.

How can I track my order? +

Tracking information is sent by email after your order ships. You can also use the Track Order page with your order number and email address.

Do you offer free shipping? +

Standard shipping is free for eligible U.S. orders. Final shipping options, delivery estimates, and any destination-specific notes are shown during checkout and summarized in our Shipping Policy.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy? +

You may request a free return within 30 days of delivery. Open-box and non-destructive test fitting are allowed, but preference returns must remain unused, uninstalled, complete, and in their original packaging. Approved U.S. returns include a prepaid label and no restocking fee. See our Returns & Refunds page for the full policy.

How do I request a return or refund? +

You can request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery. No login is required. Start your request on the Return or Refund Request page using the order number and checkout email. We review requests within one business day.

Who pays for return shipping? +

Return shipping is free for approved U.S. returns, whether the product is not right for you or arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect. We email a prepaid label after approval and do not charge a restocking fee. Use that label instead of mailing to an address copied from the website.

When will I receive my refund? +

Preference and fitment refunds are issued to the original payment method within three business days after warehouse inspection. Confirmed merchant-fault refunds are issued within one business day after confirmation. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit.

Product Help

What if I receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or undelivered item? +

Submit a return or refund request within 30 days of delivery or the estimated delivery window. Photos are required for damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete items, but not for a package that was not received. After confirmation, you may choose a replacement or a full refund; we provide a prepaid label only when the item needs to come back.

Do you provide installation help? +

Some products include installation details on the product page. If you need help with a product you purchased, contact us with your order number and product name.
