What currency are prices shown in? +

Prices on tesgee.com are shown in USD unless another currency is displayed during checkout.

Is Tesgee an official Tesla store? +

No. Tesgee is an independent aftermarket accessories retailer. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Tesla, Inc. Tesla model names are used only to identify vehicle compatibility.

How do I know if a product fits my vehicle? +

Each product page lists compatible Tesla models, years, and variants where applicable. Please review the fitment information before ordering. If you are unsure, contact us before purchase and we will help check compatibility.

Orders & Payment

What payment methods do you accept? +

Available payment options are shown at checkout and may include major credit or debit cards, PayPal, and Google Pay where available.

Can I change or cancel my order? +

You may request a change or cancellation before the order ships. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be handled through the return process after delivery.

Will I receive an order confirmation? +

Yes. After checkout, we send an order confirmation to the email address used for your purchase. Please keep that email and order number for support or tracking requests.

Shipping & Tracking

How long does shipping take? +

Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Estimated delivery varies by region: United States orders usually take 7-12 business days after processing, while international delivery times vary by destination, carrier, customs, and local courier conditions.

Which carriers do you use? +

Depending on destination and inventory location, orders may ship with USPS, UPS, YunExpress, GOFO, DHL, Royal Mail, Canada Post, Australia Post, or a local delivery partner. See our Shipping Policy for the regional overview.

How can I track my order? +

Tracking information is sent by email after your order ships. You can also use the Track Order page with your order number and email address.

Do you offer free shipping? +

Standard shipping is free for eligible orders. Final shipping options, delivery estimates, and any destination-specific notes are shown during checkout and summarized in our Shipping Policy.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy? +

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all included accessories and parts. See our Returns & Refunds page for the full policy.

How do I start a return? +

Contact us before sending anything back. Include your order number, the email used at checkout, the product name, the reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We will provide the correct return instructions and address.

Who pays for return shipping? +

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective items, including returns due to ordering the wrong model, choosing the wrong variant, changing your mind, or no longer needing the item. If the item is defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect, we will help resolve the issue.

When will I receive my refund? +

After we receive and inspect an approved return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.

Product Help

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item? +

Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and issue. We will review the case and work with you on a replacement, refund, return label, or other appropriate resolution.

Do you provide installation help? +

Some products include installation details on the product page. If you need help with a product you purchased, contact us with your order number and product name.
