Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Your request date preserves eligibility, and no login is required. Use your order number and checkout email to start.
Approved U.S. returns include a prepaid label, whether the product is not right for you or arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect. Use the approval label instead of an address copied from the website.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or does not arrive, submit a request within 30 days. After confirmation, choose a replacement or full refund. We may not require low-value items to be returned.
Orders ship from our China warehouse and usually use YunExpress. After your order ships, tracking updates are sent by email, and you can check your order anytime on our tracking page.
