We identify real owner needs, develop or select practical accessory ideas, work with capable factory partners to create samples and finished goods, and test fit, materials, odor, durability, and daily-use performance before listing products in our store. Factory partners handle manufacturing; Tesgee™ is responsible for product selection, quality expectations, order fulfillment, customer service, returns, refunds, and after-sale support.
