Tesgee is operated by Nanbu Country Yueyang Ecommerce Co., Ltd. In this Privacy Policy, "Tesgee," "we," "us," and "our" refer to that company. This policy applies to personal information handled through tesgee.com and related Tesgee order, account, customer service, review, return, and tracking activities.

Tesgee currently markets and ships online orders to United States shipping addresses only. We do not offer delivery to the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or other international destinations at this time. This policy still applies to information collected when anyone visits or interacts with tesgee.com.

This policy does not control how independent services such as PayPal, Apple, Google, shipping carriers, or other third parties use information under their own privacy policies.

The information we collect depends on how you interact with Tesgee. It may include the following categories:

Sources of Information

We collect personal information from:

• You, when you create an account, place an order, contact us, track an order, request a return, or submit a review.
• Your browser or device through sessions, cookies, logs, and similar technologies.
• PayPal and supported payment wallets when they process or report a payment, refund, authentication, or fraud result.
• YunExpress, local delivery carriers, and tracking providers such as 17TRACK.
• Affiliate, referral, analytics, and advertising services when they measure how a visit or order was referred.

How We Use Information

We use personal information to:

• Operate carts, accounts, checkout, order lookup, and other website features.
• Process and confirm payments, orders, cancellations, returns, replacements, and refunds.
• Fulfill orders, provide tracking, communicate delivery updates, and investigate shipping issues.

Payment Information and PayPal

All payments on Tesgee are processed through PayPal Advanced Checkout. PayPal-hosted payment fields collect and handle the card number, expiration date, and security code. Tesgee does not receive or store your full card number or card security code.

PayPal may collect payment and identifying information to provide payment services, authorize transactions, authenticate customers, detect fraud, prevent harm or loss, analyze service performance, and meet legal requirements. Tesgee may receive payment status, transaction ID, payment method type, payer or billing information, and limited payment-method details needed to confirm, support, or refund an order.

PayPal processes this information under the PayPal Privacy Statement. Apple Pay and Google Pay may also process wallet and device information under their own privacy policies when you select those payment methods.

Shipping and Tracking

We disclose the recipient name, address, phone number, order or package information, and other delivery details needed by fulfillment partners, YunExpress, local final-mile carriers, and tracking providers such as 17TRACK. These providers use the information to create labels, move and deliver packages, report shipment events, and investigate delivery issues.

Reviews, Photos, and Public Content

Product ratings, review text, display names, verified-purchase labels, Tesgee replies, and review photos may be displayed publicly on Tesgee. Your review email address, IP address, user agent, and full account details are not displayed publicly with the review.

If you choose an anonymous review option, we limit the identifying name displayed with that review. Do not upload license plates, addresses, faces, documents, account information, or other details you do not want to make public. You may contact us to request removal of a review or review photo, subject to legal, fraud-prevention, and recordkeeping needs.

Photos and details submitted privately with a return or support request are used to review and resolve that request and are not published as product reviews without separate permission.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies, browser storage, server sessions, pixels, tags, and similar technologies to operate the website, remember carts and referrals, protect checkout, understand site use, and measure advertising results.

Most browsers let you delete or block cookies and may offer separate controls for advertising identifiers. Blocking cookies may prevent carts, login, checkout, referral discounts, or other requested functions from working correctly. You can also manage how Google uses information for advertising through your Google account and browser settings.

Analytics, Advertising, and Affiliate Attribution

When configured on our site, Tesgee uses Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Ads-related measurement. These services may process cookie or client identifiers, IP-derived approximate location, browser and device information, referring URLs, pages and products viewed, cart and checkout activity, and conversion events. Google processes information under its Privacy Policy.

Referral links and coupon codes may store campaign, landing-page, referring-page, session, and hashed device or network information to identify an eligible affiliate referral and calculate a commission after purchase. Affiliates may receive attribution, order-value, and commission information needed to administer the program, but we do not provide them with your full card number or card security code.

How We Disclose Information

We disclose personal information only for legitimate business, service, security, and legal purposes. Recipients may include:

• PayPal, card networks, Apple Pay, Google Pay, financial institutions, and fraud-prevention providers.
• Warehouses, YunExpress, local carriers, 17TRACK, and other fulfillment or tracking providers.

• Google and other analytics, advertising, or campaign-measurement providers, consistent with applicable settings and law.
• Affiliates and program administrators for referral attribution and commission administration.

• Courts, regulators, law enforcement, or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and security.
• A buyer, successor, or adviser in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, sale, or transfer of all or part of our business.

We seek to limit disclosures to information reasonably needed for the relevant purpose. Service providers are expected to protect information and process it consistently with their agreements and applicable law.

Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising

Tesgee does not sell personal information for money. We may disclose website identifiers, commercial information, and internet or device activity to analytics or advertising providers to measure campaigns or support advertising. Some U.S. state privacy laws may define certain advertising-related disclosures as "sharing," "sale," or "targeted advertising," even when no money is exchanged.

If an applicable U.S. state privacy law gives you the right to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising, you may submit that request by emailing [email protected] with the subject "Privacy Opt-Out Request." We may request information reasonably needed to identify the browser, device, account, or activity covered by the request.

Data Retention

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, including to provide services, maintain records, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. Retention depends on the category and context:

• Account and saved-address information is generally kept while the account remains active and afterward as needed for security, disputes, or legal compliance.
• Order, payment, refund, tax, and shipping records are kept for applicable accounting, tax, warranty, chargeback, fraud-prevention, and legal periods.
• Carts, sessions, temporary uploads, and similar operational records expire or are deleted when they are no longer needed to provide the feature or protect the service.
• The affiliate referral cookie lasts up to 30 days; converted attribution and commission records may be retained with the related business records.
• Return requests, support communications, and supporting photos are kept while the matter is active and afterward as needed for refunds, disputes, fraud prevention, and legal obligations.
• Published reviews and review photos may remain available until removed by Tesgee or upon a valid request, subject to legal and recordkeeping exceptions.
• Analytics and advertising data is retained according to our provider settings and the provider's applicable retention controls.

When information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to delete, anonymize, or securely isolate it. Backup copies may remain for a limited period before being overwritten.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. These measures include encrypted website connections, access controls, password protection, service-provider controls, security monitoring, and PayPal-hosted card fields that keep full card numbers and security codes outside Tesgee's systems.

No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Tesgee will never ask you to send your password, full card number, or card security code by email, message, review, or support request.

International Processing

Tesgee is operated from China. Your order, account, support, review, return, and other personal information may be processed in China, the United States, and other countries where our service providers operate. Privacy laws in those locations may differ from the laws where you live.

We use reasonable contractual, organizational, and technical measures intended to protect information when it is processed across borders by us or our service providers.

Your Privacy Rights and Choices

Depending on your U.S. state and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have the right to:

• Correct inaccurate personal information.
• Delete personal information, subject to transaction, security, legal, and other exceptions.

Do not send your password, full card number, or card security code. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity or an authorized agent's authority before completing a request.

Transactional messages about an order, account, shipment, return, or security issue are necessary to provide the requested service. You may unsubscribe from promotional emails using the link in the message or by contacting us.

Children's Privacy

Tesgee is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us, contact us so we can review and take appropriate steps to delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to our services, vendors, practices, or legal obligations. The "Last updated" date shows when this policy was most recently revised. Material changes may receive additional notice where appropriate or required by law.
