The piece fits perfectly in my 2024 Model Y. It fits snug. It positions my AirPods correctly to charge, and holds my Apple Watch charger perfectly. The instructions for routing the watch charger aren’t good. It seems that they want you to just route it down the side of the footwell and into the top of the storage cubby. That would be ugly. I was able to route a USB-C extension cable from the cubby through a hole in the back/upper area where the door slides in and plug my Apple Watch charger into that. Removing the passenger side footwell panel made it possible to fish the wires through. It’s not easy, but it’s possible to have a nice clean install with no visible wires. It would be nice if they included the necessary USB C extension cable and good instructions. Mine came with a Samsung watch charger and was a little dirty. It looks like it had been previously returned by someone and they accidentally included their watch charger.

You need a cable for your watch of course, but everything else works fine. There are little thingys you can put on your felt on the passenger side and it's a little finicky to place next to the passenger seat, but you'll manage. It was a bit weird that they had a separate short cable for the console in tha back though, cuz why shouldn't I have been able to just plug in my actual watch cable, but it made sense after I installed it because the length and angle of the plug were done thoughtfully. Tesgee just generally know their stuff.Phone and airpod charging of course works too still, don't worry. Only thing I could see being improved here? Include a watch charging cable that goes all the way. It'll fit better color wise.
