U.S. shipping & delivery time
Standard shipping is free for every online order shipped to a United States address, with no minimum order value. Orders ship from our fulfillment warehouse in Guangzhou, China. Tesgee pays the customs duties, import taxes, and customs-clearance fees associated with your order. Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, then delivered in about 7–12 business days. Total estimated time is approximately 8–15 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays, and delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees.
Shipping origin, carrier & tracking
Orders ship from our China warehouse and usually use YunExpress. A local final-mile delivery partner may complete delivery after the shipment reaches the United States. We email tracking information after dispatch; please allow up to 24 hours for the first tracking update to appear.
Address changes, cancellations & delays
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct an address or cancel an order. We will try to help before dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed after processing begins. Shipped orders cannot be canceled. If we cannot dispatch within the stated processing period, you may accept the revised estimate or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund.
30-day return eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Opening the package and performing a non-destructive test fit are allowed. For preference or fitment returns, the item must remain unused, uninstalled, undamaged, complete, and in its original packaging; included parts and single-use installation materials must remain intact.
Free return process
Start a return or refund request using your order number and checkout email. We review requests within one business day. Approved U.S. returns include a prepaid label and no restocking fee. If a return is required, hand the parcel to the carrier within 14 calendar days after approval and use only the address and label in the approval email.
Damaged, incorrect or undelivered orders
Contact us within 30 days of delivery or the estimated delivery window if an item is damaged, defective, incomplete, incorrect, or not delivered. Photos are required when relevant, but not for a package that was not received. After confirmation, choose a replacement or a full refund to the original payment method.
Fitment & quality checked
Before a product goes live, we review fitment information, materials, odor, durability, and daily-use performance. Product-page fitment details should be checked before ordering, and our support team can help when you are unsure.
30-day free returns
Submit your request within 30 days of delivery to preserve eligibility; the parcel does not need to reach our warehouse within those 30 days. No login is required—use your order number and the email used at checkout.
Prepaid label & no restocking fee
Approved U.S. returns include a prepaid return label, including preference and fitment returns as well as damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect items. We do not charge a restocking fee. Use the supplied label and hand the parcel to the carrier within 14 calendar days after approval.
Replacement or full-refund support
For confirmed damaged, defective, incomplete, incorrect, or not delivered orders, choose a replacement or a full refund. We may resolve some low-value items without requiring a physical return. Preference and fitment refunds are issued within three business days after warehouse receipt and inspection; confirmed merchant-fault refunds are issued within one business day after confirmation.
Clear tracking & real support
Tracking is emailed after dispatch and remains available on our Track Order page using your order number and checkout email. If tracking stalls, a package is missing, or you need fitment or installation help, contact our support team for assistance.
