It only requires Velcro on one side as it sticks to the fabric of the car so it is very easy to pull in and out in order to dump. It comes with trash bags, which are completely useless. There's no way to get them to fit in the trashcan in any usable way. Nonetheless they're handy little trash bags to have around the house for something..

The product is made of plastic and comes with velcro patches to help it 'stick' to the underside of the armrest. It is black plastic that matches the other black plastics in the vehicle. I prefer to use it as storage over trash but the pack does come with about 20 trash bags included if you wanted to use it strictly for trash. It secures well and I have no concerns over it coming loose. I think that for close to $37 it is very expensive for what it is, basically a black plastic box with a magnetic lid. h\Having said that, I like it, it uses space that is otherwise dead space and for me will serve as a storage space.
